Joey TRU is an emcee and producer from Long Island, N.Y. His first project “Truth Rulez the Universe” was released on May 13th, 2024. Throughout his early career, he has performed across the United States and England since 2022. Joey TRU has collaborated with artists and producers from various places in the world including: Liftid from Barrie, Canada, Xavr Pryme from London, England, Deon Da Phenom from the Bronx, New York , J-Best from Los Angeles, California and more. He began making records with the mission to speak the “truth to the youth.” To assist in carrying out this mission while also remaining independent, Joey TRU has begun building the brand ‘Hazy Skeyez’ which is a lifestyle brand aimed at promoting a holistic, conscious Hip Hop lifestyle. The aim of Hazy Skeyez’ is to provide a blueprint for future Hiphoppas to follow in order to become independent and self-sufficient within themselves.
